This project involved the end-to-end design and manufacture of a functional, expandable backpack, focusing on "cut-and-sew" soft goods techniques. Starting with a production line phase to learn sewing, screen printing, and laser cutting, I then moved into technical vector detailing and 3D prototyping using card models. The final design features a expandable section that allows the bag to transition between a compact daily bag and a high-capacity backpack.
